Dahi Kebabs / Hung Curd kebabs

Kebabs made from curds? isn't that strange? This is a mughali dish. These tangy kebabs that are a Mughali specialty taste as unusual as they sound.when we hear about Kebabs,we usually think it to be a non-vegetarian dish and we are strictly vegetarians so i never even thought about tasting it until recently when i tasted a veg kebab in a restaurant. Originally, kebabs are e meant to be made out of meats. As we know, cooking is always an experiment,i tried out making veg kebabs at home and everyone enjoyed it.It's always nice to hear good things whenever you cook for others.Today,i'm sharing a delicious Dahi kebabs which i learnt from one of my friend's.
