Corn Paneer Fitter's

Ingredients:
Corn - 2 cups grinded coarsely
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Gram flour or Besan - as required.
Paneer - 1 cup crumbled.
Green chillies - 5-6 chopped finely
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
Jeera and Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
Oil - required for deep fry
Salt - as required

Method:
Take a Kadai, add 2 tsp oil, then add a tsp ginger-garlic paste, to this add coarsely grinded corn  and cook it nicely till it becomes soft for about 8 minutes.Then add 1 cup of milk to it and mix well and cook till the milk evaporates and the mixture becomes into nice paste.

Then take another bowl, add gram flour required for making the fitter's,add salt,green chillies chopped finely,pepper powder,crumbled paneer,coriander leaves, jeera and  dhaniya powder,add then above done corn mixture,mix all these ingredients well and give a nice shape and deep fry in oil till golden brown.You can have this with mint chutney for delicious flavour!!!!
   




Green Peas Potato Kebabas

Ingredients:
Green Peas-1 cup boiled
Potato - 2 boiled
Sabudana - 1/2 cup (Soaked in water for 15 mints)
Jeera- 1 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste- 1 tsp
Lime Juice- 2 tsp
Green chillies - 6-7
Cornflakes powder/ Bread crumbs(For coating Kebab's) 
Coriander Leaves - 1-2 bunch
Pudina Leaves - 1/2 cup
Salt - as required
Oil - 5 - 6 tsp

Method:

Grind jeera,green chillies,Coriander leaves,pudina leaves,salt well into a paste format and keep aside.
Grind green peas into a rough format,grind it coarsely and add the above done paste to it.Then add the boiled and peeled potatoes and smash them and mix them well.Now,add Sabudana which was already soaked in water,add salt as required,ginger-garlic paste,lime juice and mix all the ingredients well.Now take cornflakes powder or bread crumbs in a separate plate.Make kebabs from the above done mixture and coat it with corn flake powder or bread crumbs.Prepare these as required and keep it in a plate.Now,heat a tawa and just add 3-4 tsp of oil,place the kebab's on tawa and roast them on both sides till golden brown.Hot and spicy and delicious kebab's are ready to munch!!!!

Palak and Anjeer Kofta curry /.Spinach and Fig Kofta Curry

A yummy treat to your taste buds!!!!Delectable and flavorful recipe which is tasteful and can be enjoyed with roti's as well as with rice!!!! Enjoy!!!

Ingredients:
For Kofta:
Palak -7 to 8
1/2 cup paneer
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/4 tsp jeera powder
3 tsp cornflour
Salt
Filling for Kofta:
Chopped Anjeer( Fig) 1/2 cup
Chopped Ginger
Chopped green chillies
2 tsp paneer crumbled
Chopped coriander leaves.
For gravy:
1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup onion paste
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/4 cup kaju or cashew nut paste
1/2 tsp Haldi or turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
Salt as required
1 tsp cream
Butter/Oil- 2/3 tsp

 Anjeer or Fig should be soaked in water overnight and then should be chopped for Kofta filling
Brown Onion paste:Fry sliced onions(5-6 medium sized onions) in 2-3 tsp of oil.Fry till it turns into brown and make a fine paste.

Method:
Take a plate,firstly make small balls of palak mixture.Then flatten and roll them into small sized roti's,then fill the anjeer mixture and close the palak mixture over it and prepare a round ball or Kofta  Repeat the same with the remaining mixture and arrange them in the plate.Take a kadai ,add enough oil for frying the koftas,fry them till golden brown and keep them aside.
For gravy:
Take a deep kadai, add 2 tsp ghee or butter,then add ginger-garlic paste,then add brown onion paste,add kaju paste,cook them well,then add the dry masala's - turmeric powder,garam masala powder,mix well and then add salt as required and allow them to cook well till ghee starts leaving the kadai from the sides,to this add 1/2 cup tomato puree and mix well and cook till the rawness of tomato puree disappears and then add little water and cover a lid and cook for 5 mints. then at last add 1 tsp cream and add the above done kofta's in the gravy.Garnish with coriander leaves and 1/2 tsp cream.That's it, a delicious and yummy treat is ready to enjoy !!! Kaju Or Cashew nut paratha's

A rice flavored paratha's, very tasty and delightful to relish.If you want to try out something new,you all should definently try making this out.Simple and easy to make.Let's check out what are the ingredients,

Ingredients:
1 cup Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Kaju powder
1/2 cup coriander leaves
finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
Oil or butter .
Salt
Water as needed to mix and make the dough.

Method:
Take a bowl, add 1 cup wheat flour,add 1/2 cup Kaju powder,1/2 cup coriander leaves,then add finely chopped green chilly powder,red chilly powder,salt,1-2 tsp of oil, then add water as required slowly and mix and prepare a soft dough and keep aside for half an hour.Then roll the paratha's and then heat them on a pan, on  both sides by adding ghee or oil.Hot and delicious Kaju paratha's are ready to serve!!!!!

Sooji Halwa

Sooji Halwa,one of my favourite sweets.It's a very popular dish all over india.It's made on religious occassions as prasadam( an offering to god).It is served as a blessing to devotees.It's very simple,quick and delicious.Today,i got a special request from one of my close freind to post this on my site.So this is for her.Hope you all love it.Let's quickly jump on to the recipe!!!!!

Ingredients:
Sooji or bombay rava - 1 cup
Ghee - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Water - 3 cups
cardamom- a pinch ( if needed)
Dry fruits-kismiss,cashewnuts,almonds-all chopped well finely.

Method:
Take a deep kadai,add the ghee,once it is hot,add sooji and roast it for 5-8 mints till the rawness of sooji is vanished and it'll will have a light sweet aroma.Now,add sugar 1/4 cup and keep stirring,then add the water slowly and keep stirring continuously,also add the cardamom powder if needed.Now,turn down the heat to medium low and let it cook for about 2-3 mints.Sooji will absorb all the water so,keep the halwa a little soft than you want.Lastly,garnish with dry fruits(cashewnuts,almonds,kissmiss).Sooji Halwa is done!!!!!!
