Ingredients:Corn - 2 cups grinded coarsely
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Gram flour or Besan - as required.
Paneer - 1 cup crumbled.
Green chillies - 5-6 chopped finely
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
Jeera and Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
Oil - required for deep fry
Salt - as required
Method:
Take a Kadai, add 2 tsp oil, then add a tsp ginger-garlic paste, to this add coarsely grinded corn and cook it nicely till it becomes soft for about 8 minutes.Then add 1 cup of milk to it and mix well and cook till the milk evaporates and the mixture becomes into nice paste.
Then take another bowl, add gram flour required for making the fitter's,add salt,green chillies chopped finely,pepper powder,crumbled paneer,coriander leaves, jeera and dhaniya powder,add then above done corn mixture,mix all these ingredients well and give a nice shape and deep fry in oil till golden brown.You can have this with mint chutney for delicious flavour!!!!
